Portfolio Experience

The Chang Family began in investing in commercial real estate in the late 1980′s. The Family created a geographically diversified portfolio by acquiring, developing and re-developing properties throughout the western United States. The continuous success and growth of the Chang Legacy Assets created a need for a larger and more formalized commercial real estate investment company.
